How Long Will My Order Take To Process?
We process our orders between Monday to Friday, and processing times may take up to 3 days due to high seasonal holiday demand. Once the order has been processed, your package will be shipped immediately on the next available working day.
How Long Will My Order Take To Ship?
Once your order has been processed and shipped the next day, you can expect delivery after 1-2 weeks. Recent increase in demand and holiday shipping times may cause delivery to be delayed up to one additional week.
What Do I Do If I Never Receive My Order?
If you haven't received your package after 90 days of ordering please contact us at email@example.com as you become eligible for a full refund.
How Come I Can't Track My Order?
You must wait for confirmation that your order has processed before receiving a tracking number. If your order has processed and you receive a tracking number that still doesn't work please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort out your order tracking for you.
Can I Cancel or Change an Order?
Any cancellations or changes to your order must be completed within 30 minutes of the initial order being placed as we aim to process orders as fast as possible. Once this time has passed we do not accept changes or cancellations.

What should I do if my package is defective/damaged/incorrect?
